The new season of the ROK Talk Show, the web programme reserved for the post-race coverage of the ROK Cup by Vortex one-make series, has officially begun. Last Thursday, 26^th February, at 9 p.m., the first episode of 2026 aired on our Facebook page, reaching over 28,000 people (as of 2^nd March 2026).

The fifth edition of the ROK Cup Winter Trophy, held at South Garda Karting in Lonato (BS) on the weekend of 21^st-22^nd February, was the focus of the episode, hosted by Mara Sangiorgio, Sky Sport F1 journalist and karting enthusiast. As usual, ample space was given to highlights and interviews from all the seven categories on track (Mini ROK U10, Mini ROK, Junior ROK, Senior ROK, Expert ROK, Super ROK and Shifter ROK).

Among the winners of the finals at our microphones, Iven Ammann (Junior ROK) who could not hide his wonder for the result achieved: ‘I didn't expect it, especially because at the beginning of the weekend I was very slow and I had a barely decent qualifying session.’ Riccardo Ferrari (Super ROK) was also satisfied after a difficult start: ‘We weren't happy with the set-up in the qualifyings, we did several tests in the heats and, in the end, we found the right balance.’

However, there is some regret for Kacper Rajpold, who was competing for the title in the Senior ROK class: ‘Second place is certainly not a bad result, considering I had never raced in this category before. Perhaps I lacked a bit of pace towards the end.’

The ROK Cup Winter Trophy was an opportunity for many drivers to get back on track, especially Gabriele Bensi (runner-up in Shifter ROK): ‘I was out of action for several months. I only did a couple of tests in the past few weeks. It was nice to be soon back at the top positions.’

The episode also included two sections dedicated to Rokker drivers: a challenge for drivers which tried to draw the Lonato del Garda circuit by heart and a technical analysis of the precautions to take on the track in the event of cold temperatures.
